Dark Cherry Brownie Skillet
Ingredients
Double Chocolate Brownies
- 12 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 8oz Chopped Semisweet Chocolate
- 1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Dutch Processed Cocoa
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/3 Cup Halved Cherries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a 10" Skillet with Non stick spray.
- In a large bowl add butter and chopped chocolate. Melt in the microwave in 45 second increments mixing inbetween until fully melted.
- Once the chocolate butter mixture is mixed, add sugars, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Sift your dry ingredients and add them to the mixture. Mix until combined but do not over mix.
- Add cherries and chocolate chips, mix until combined
- Add the brownie batter evenly around the skillet and add more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the middle of your brownie it's mostly set. It will be just a little jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely
- The best part is adding the Dark Cherry Ice Cream on top and garnishing with fresh cherries!
