This can romanticise any night or not its just a totally of a banger recipe who doesnt love cherry ice cream and brownies so why not indulge in both together any day of the week!

Ingredients

Double Chocolate Brownies

  • 12 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 8oz Chopped Semisweet Chocolate
  • 1 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Dutch Processed Cocoa
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Halved Cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a 10" Skillet with Non stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl add butter and chopped chocolate. Melt in the microwave in 45 second increments mixing inbetween until fully melted.
  3. Once the chocolate butter mixture is mixed, add sugars, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla and mix until combined.
  4. Sift your dry ingredients and add them to the mixture. Mix until combined but do not over mix.
  5. Add cherries and chocolate chips, mix until combined
  6. Add the brownie batter evenly around the skillet and add more chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the middle of your brownie it's mostly set. It will be just a little jiggly in the center.
  8. Allow to cool completely
  9. The best part is adding the Dark Cherry Ice Cream on top and garnishing with fresh cherries!
  10. Sit with your besties and dig in!
