No Bake Biscoff Tres Leches

This no bake dessert is so delicious and so perfect for Spring season it's a fun whip up for any day or if you're bringing dessert to a party!

Ingredients

No Bake Biscoff Tres Leches

  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 2-7oz Pack of Lady Fingers
  • 1 8.8oz Pack Biscoff Cookies

Milk Blend

  • 1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Can Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cake will be made in a 9x9 pan.
  2. Begin by preparing the tres leches milk mixture by adding all the ingredients for the milk mixture and whisking until combined set aside while you place the lady fingers on the pan.
  3. Once the milk mixture is prepared fill the bottom of the 9x9 pan with the lady fingers and pour 1/3 of the tres leches mixture.
  4. Next turn the lady fingers around and pour half of the remainning milk mixture and turn them back around.This is to make sure they are soaked on all sides.
  5. Once the lady fingers are turned around start soaking the biscoff cookies for about 30 seconds each adding one layer rows of soaked biscoff cookies on top of the lady fingers until it is fully covered.
  6. Add another row of lady fingers but dip them in the set aside milk mixture one by one then placing them on top of the ones already on the pan making a second row of lady fingers on top of the soaked biscoff cookies.
  7. Once the second row of lady fingers is complete make the biscoff whipped cream by placing the biscoff spread, heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Using a hand mixer beat on low speed until it begins to mix. Once the mixture begins to thicken bring speed up to Med-High and continue to whisk until it is fluffy. Do not over mix.
  8. Evenly spread or pipe the whipped cream over the lady fingers.
  9. You can add 2 Tbsp of biscoff spread to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 10 second intervals until it is runny and allow it to cool but not set.
  10. Drizzle the runny biscoff spread over the prepared tres leches and sprinkle crumbled biscoff cookies.
  11. Cover and set in the fridge for atleast 2 hours.

  1. Cake can be stored for 3-4 days to stay the freshest.
