Raspberry Pistachio Cinnamon Rolls

Make these unreal cinnamon rolls and you'll be happy.

Ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 Can Grand Cinnamon Rolls
  • 6 Tbsp Unsalted Melted Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Pistachio Latte Creamer
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 10 Tbsp Raspberry Jam
  • Pistachio Crumbs for Garnishing

Icing

  • Icing that comes with can
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Pistachio Latte Creamer
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare 10' Pie pan or Skillet by greasing with non stick spray or melted butter.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F
  3. Place the cinnamon rolls on the greased pan.
  4. Add the creamer in between the cinnamon rolls where there is space.
  5. Mix the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon together until well combined.
  6. Spread 2 Tbsp of raspberry jam on top of each cinnamon roll.
  7. Pour the cinnamon butter over the cinnamon rolls
  8. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an extra 5 minutes.
  10. Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool for just a moment and during this time make the icing.
  11. Add all of the icing ingredients together and mix until combined.
  12. Pour over the warm cinnamon rolls along with pistachio crumbs to garnish and once it is cool enough enjoy!
