Cookies and Cream Bundt Cake
Bundt Cake
- 1 Classic White Duncan Hines box cake
- 1 Cup Water
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 5 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 8 Crushed Oreos
Cream Cheese Icing
- 2oz Cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Bundt Cake
- Preheat Oven to 350F and prepare your bundt pan with non stick spray.
- Make sure all your wet ingrediets are room temp. It allows the batter to come together smoothly and beautifully. In a bowl whisk together all of the dry and wet ingredients until it is combined well about 2 minutes. Then add the crushed oreos and give it a gentle mix.
- Add batter to the prepared bundt pan and give it a couple taps to make sure it spreads evenly. Bake for 25-30 mins or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool completely.
- To make your glaze youre also going to need your ingredients to be room temp.
- In a stand mixer or hand held mixer with a whisk attachment beat all the ingredients for the glaze on low speed until its mixed well. Then bring your speed to med-high until there are no lumps left from the cream cheese.
- Pour your glaze over your cooled cake and top with some more crumbled oreos.
- I highly reccomend a scoop of ice cream with a slice of this cake it just goes well so amazingly.
