Apple Cider Cinnamon Roll Casserole
Ingredients
Apple Cider Casserole
- 1 Can Grand Cinnamon Rolls
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Melted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Small Diced Honey Crisp Apple
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Apple Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract or Paste
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Separate
- 1 Tbsp Tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tps All Spice
Icing
- Icing that comes with can
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Half & Half
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider
Instructions
- Prepare 10' Pie pan by greasing with melted butter.
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix the sugars and spices together until well combined.
- In a bowl add half of the melted butter, egg, apple cider, heavy cream, apple sauce, vanilla extract, half of the sugar mixture and flour. Mix until well combined.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 slices like a pizza pie.
- Add the cinnamon rolls into the wet mixture and move around until they're fully soaked.
- Next, place the cinnamon rolls and the wet mixture to the 10" pan.
- Spread the diced apples evenly over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
- Add the remainning butter into the remainning sugar mixture and add the separate apple cider and mix until combined.
- Pour the wet cinnamon sugar mixture over the apples and spread so its evenly around the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it is golden brown and set.
- Allow to cool
- During the time the casserole cools make the icing by adding all of the icing ingredients together and mix until combined.
- Pour over the warm cinnamol roll casserole and once it is cool enough enjoy!
TIPS

Make sure all the ingredients are room temp so that the custard comes together smoothly.
