Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients

- 2 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 3 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 6 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Mini Choc Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425F. Place 10 Muffin liners in a jumbo muffin pan.
- In a bowl sift flour,baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk all of your wet ingredients.
- Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and whisk until combined. Do not over mix.
- Add chocolate chips and mix until combined but do not over mix.
- Fill cupcakes 3/4 of the way full.
- Bake at 425F for 5 minutes then bring heat down to 375F and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out with just a bit of wet crumbs.
- Allow muffins to cool. I love mine when theyre just a bit warm!
