Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Muffins

These Cinnamon chocolate chip muffins taste like you spent all day putting them together but they take no time!

Ingredients

Muffins

  • 2 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 6 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Mini Choc Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Place 10 Muffin liners in a jumbo muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl sift flour,baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk all of your wet ingredients.
  4. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and whisk until combined. Do not over mix.
  5. Add chocolate chips and mix until combined but do not over mix.
  6. Fill cupcakes 3/4 of the way full.
  7. Bake at 425F for 5 minutes then bring heat down to 375F and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out with just a bit of wet crumbs.
  8. Allow muffins to cool. I love mine when theyre just a bit warm!
